Mariscal Abogados, together with Cattaneo UK, provided comprehensive legal advice to Parweld in the acquisition of two Valencia-based companies through a share purchase agreement complemented by ancillary contracts. The deal forms part of Parweld’s strategy to expand in the Spanish welding market and reinforces its operational presence.
The acquired companies, Reinsol Soldaduras y Mantenimiento and Parweld Torch Technology, operate as complementary business units. Reinsol focuses on multi-brand welding product distribution for companies in and around Valencia, while Parweld Torch Technology has long been a historical wholesaler of Parweld products across Spain. With this acquisition, the Parweld group turnover exceeds €20 million, enhancing its capacity to serve both private and public clients.

Founded in 1972, Parweld is a global leader in welding torches, welding machines, consumables, and personal protective equipment. Headquartered in the UK, Parweld manages distribution from Bewdley (Worcestershire) and manufactures in Jiangsu, China, reaching clients in Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and North America.
