Guillermo Contreras

Guillermo graduated in Law from the Pontifical Comillas University – ICADE and completed the Double Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession and Legal Advice for Companies (LL.M.) at IE Law School. Additionally, he holds a title in Business Law awarded by ICADE.

Before joining Mariscal Abogados, Guillermo worked in the corporate and real estate departments of a prestigious international law firm.

In 2023, he joined the Mariscal Abogados team, focusing primarily on corporate law and commercial law, with special attention to M&A operations and energy law.

Guillermo is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
