Mariscal Abogados has provided legal advice to Doral Energy Group in its venture into the Spanish market through an agreement with the Dutch family office Green Solar International Group.The agreement aims to develop ground-mounted photovoltaic projects coupled with green hydrogen and/or green ammonia in Spain.
