Mariano Jiménez has taken over the Management of Mariscal & Abogados. He replaces Miguel Mariscal, partner and founder of the firm, who, since January 2016, has delegated the management and leadership to him.
Mariano Jiménez, a graduate of Law from the University of San Pablo CEU (1999), completed his Law studies at the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris. After his studies, he worked for some time at an important German firm based in Düsseldorf before he joined the Mariscal Abogados team in 1997. He then became a partner in 2004.
Mariano Jiménez has specialised in procedural law and arbitration in commercial, labour and civil matters.
He has delivered speeches at a series of conferences by renowned entities such as Grupo Recoletos and the International Faculty for Executives (IFAES), and collaborates regularly with prestigious French, German, English and Spanish publications to publish legal articles. Mariano works professionally and interchangeably in French, German, English and Spanish.
