Update regarding the Entrepreneurs’ Law in Spain

Some news outlets reported last week that the Spanish Government would approve the proposal of the Entrepreneur’s law during their sessions last Friday, June 14, 2013. This is the future law that, among other measures, is slated to provide residence permits for those non-EU citizens who purchase property or Invest in Spain. Unfortunately, no updates or news of the project´s approval have surfaced.

In anticipation, we continue to await updates from government officials as to the details of this project. At this point, we still do not know all of the fine print and we do not know when the government will finalize the project and create the law.
