Alberto Álvarez

Alberto holds a degree in Law and a Masters in International Business Law (LLM) from the San Pablo CEU University. He has strong language skills and international experience from living and studying in Germany (where he obtained the German bachelor’s degree –Abitur–) and in the US.

Prior to joining Mariscal Abogados, he worked at several Spanish top law firms, where he gained broad experience in the fields of company law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and insolvency, commercial contracts and dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration).

Alberto has written several articles related to his areas of expertise.
