Virginia Ramírez

Virginia holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the University of Málaga. She has also completed two master’s degrees: the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession (UMA) and the Master’s Degree in Legal-Labor Consultancy (UDIMA). In addition, she has taken several specialization courses in areas of corporate legal consultancy, including the Diploma of Specialization in Labour Relations (UNIA), the Diploma of Specialization in Corporate Law (UNIA), the Expert in New Technologies (Mainfor), and the course on Mobility, Foreigners and Nationality (CEF).

After working in a BigFour, Virginia joined the Mariscal Abogados team in 2023. She specializes in corporate labour & employment law, social security, and immigration law. She is a member of the Málaga Bar Association.
