Introduction
I am a lawyer specialised in Labour and Social Security Law, and head of the Labour Department at Mariscal Abogados.
Since the beginning of my professional career in 2010, I have focused on this practice area, mainly advising national and international companies. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to develop my career in law firms, a large private corporation, and a leading consulting firm. This trajectory has enabled me to acquire solid experience and a broad, cross-cutting knowledge of various areas of legal practice.
My objective in every client relationship is to provide clear, personalised, and needs-oriented legal advice, ensuring that clients feel supported and secure at all times. I approach matters with a problem-solving mindset, aiming to find the best possible solution by combining technical expertise with personal, trusted attention.
Since 2023, I have also been a lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the University of Alcalá de Henares.

- Handling of Employment Regulation Proceedings (ERE).
- Representation of clients before all levels of the Social Jurisdiction, as well as before administrative bodies (Labor Inspectorate, Mediation and Arbitration Services, arbitration tribunals, among others).ent contracts, including senior management contracts and commercial service agreements

Law degree from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid.
