Introduction

Specialised in Real Estate and Urban Planning Law, I have over 10 years’ experience advising national and international clients on complex real estate transactions.

My practice focuses on the structuring and execution of real estate transactions, contractual advice and dispute resolution. Throughout my career, I have developed a preventive approach aimed at efficient risk management and legal certainty in each transaction, combining practical judgement with technical rigour in both transactional and contentious matters.

My goal is to provide effective, tailored solutions that are fully aligned with our clients’ interests and objectives. To this end, I combine a strategic understanding of the sector with a multidisciplinary approach, providing robust legal support at every stage of their real estate assets management.

Experience

Specialised in the real estate sector, I have provided strategic legal advice on high-value property projects and major urban development matters. By way of example, I have participated in projects and transactions including the following:

  • Comprehensive legal advice to an international business group on the legal due diligence, acquisition and adaptation of real estate assets for public-service/institutional use for the development of its activity in Spain.
  • Legal management and negotiation before the Spanish General State Administration in a complex process involving first registration of title, defence of ownership and asset protection of a unique property of significant historical and artistic value.
  • Advice on the legal structuring, sector-specific regulatory framework and transfer of a listed property to a public administration for its conversion to institutional use.
  • Negotiation, asset regularisation and structuring of legal relationships in real estate complexes subject to co-ownership regimes.
  • Drafting and negotiation of complex lease agreements for tertiary-use assets for private corporations.
  • Structuring, negotiation and processing of surface rights and development agreements to ensure the viability of privately operated projects.
  • Planning and execution of legal due diligence reviews and analysis of the urban planning, zoning and charges affecting large asset portfolios in the context of complex real estate transactions.
