Introduction
I hold a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and completed the Double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and International Business Law at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
Before joining Mariscal Abogados in 2025, I worked in the Corporate and M&A departments of two leading law firms in Madrid and Barcelona. I completed a six-month secondment with a Spanish renewable energy group.
My practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with particular emphasis on M&A transactions and energy law. I regularly work in international contexts, particularly in Franco-Spanish matters, and completed my entire academic education within the French educational system.
