Labour and Social Security Law

Introduction

Before entering legal practice, I spent two years preparing for the competitive examinations for the Spanish judiciary and public prosecution service, a period that provided me with in-depth technical knowledge of the Spanish legal system, as well as strong analytical and legal reasoning skills.

After this period, I began my professional career working at a consultancy firm, where I developed my practice in areas such as compliance, internal whistleblowing channels, workplace harassment and sexual harassment investigations, as well as other matters relating to internal policies and corporate compliance.

Before joining Mariscal Abogados, I worked at Morez Abogados, advising both legal entities and individuals on all types of employment proceedings, including dismissals, salary claims and incapacity proceedings before the National Social Security Institute. In this context, I represented clients before the courts at the various procedural stages.
