Introduction
I joined Mariscal Abogados in April 2025 as Head of the Labour, Social Security and Immigration Law Department.
Since the beginning of my professional career, I have specialised in labour law, both individual and collective. I have worked mainly in labour law boutiques, which has allowed me to acquire comprehensive knowledge of this field.
I also worked at the Madrid office of an international consultancy firm, where I expanded my experience in international labour law matters, including expatriate management, international social security and remote work.
Additionally, I collaborated with the in-house labour law team of one of the largest retail companies in Spain, with over 6,000 employees. This experience gave me first-hand insight into the labour challenges faced by large corporations and how to manage them efficiently.
Since 2020, I have also been a lecturer at the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF), teaching Labour Law and Labour Procedural Law in master’s programmes for admission to the legal profession and business advisory services.

My professional experience covers various areas, reflected in the following activities:
- Dismissals and collective labour disputes
- Ongoing labour advice to companies
- Drafting of employment contracts, including senior management contracts and commercial service agreements
- Preparation and review of internal company policies (variable remuneration, digital disconnection, anti-harassment protocols, remote work, etc.)
- Equality plans and LGTBI+ compliance
- Labour administrative proceedings, particularly before the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate
- Legal representation in court proceedings in the above areas
Education
Law degree from the University of Oviedo, including an Erasmus programme at the Università degli Studi di Bologna.
Postgraduate studies:

- Master’s Degree in Labour Legal Advisory Services (CEF – UDIMA)
