Xavier Pareja

Xavier Pareja graduated in Law at the University of Barcelona in 1989 and is registered at the Barcelona (1990) and Balearic Islands (2001) Bars.

He was a Partner and Director of the Göhmann Wrede Haas Kappus & Hartmann firm until July 2004.  He specialises in Real Estate and Construction Law, Insolvency Law, Civil Law and Inheritance Law.

He is a member of Insol Europe, the Hispano-German lawyers association and the German association of inheritance lawyers (EDK).

He is the author of many publications and speaks at conferences on insolvency and international law.
