Monika Bertram studied at the University Autónoma of Madrid (UAM). Previously she worked at the banking area, specifically in the banking and financial business of Grupo Santander, and at a law firm specialized at Foreign and International law.

She is member of the Madrid Bar Association. Her practice areas are Labor and Employment Law, Litigation and Commercial Law.
