Esther RojoMs. Rojo graduated with a law degree from the University Pompeu Fabra in 2001, having studied a semester at the Europa-Universität Viadrina (Frankfurt-Oder). She also holds a PhD in real estate and town-planning from the University Pompeu Fabra in 2006.
Mr. Rojo specializes in Administrative Law, and Real Estate and town-planning. She is also experienced in civil and commercial litigation, enforcement of mortgages, arbitration and recognition and enforcement of foreign resolutions. She has extensive knowledge of procedures in which private international law norms are applicable.
She has given classes in rleation to Digital Certificate and Electronic Signatures at the Barcelona and Sabadell Bars (2006-2007). Mr. Rojo has also given specific courses on summary proceedings, labour proceedings and forensic medicine in traffic accidents at the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona (ICAB 2003).
