Ana Gómez joined the international law firm Mariscal & Abogados. A law graduate from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Ana holds a master in business law, specialising in labour law, from Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Ana has a strong legal training as well as a 19 years’ experience offering legal advice in the areas of labour law, social security law and litigation law in labour and administrative matters.
Ana is vice-president of the Board of Labour Lawyers Association (ASNALA) and a member of the Forelab Association (Labour Lawyers´ Forum) as well as the international organisation European Employment Lawyers Association. During her career, Ana has been a professor in several editions of the Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía (Master to Access to the Bar Exam), inter alia, she participated as rapporteur to many seminars and conferences. She wrote many articles for different media, chambers, associations, both domestic and foreign. Ana carries out her professional activity in both English and Spanish.
