Karl H. LinckeKarl H. Lincke is apartner of Mariscal & Asociados, who is also in charge of the German Department. He is a specialist in Company Law, Energy Law and Real Estate Law.
Mr. Lincke is also the President of the Madrid German-speaking Young Professionals Circle (Wirtschaftsjunioren). He is an extraordinary member of the Directive Assembly of the German Chamber of Commerce in Spain (AHK), as well as a member of several associations of lawyers, including Eurojuris International’s real estate specialists group and Official Expert of OSEC (Business Network Switzerland).
His articles and studies are regularly published in magazines and legal and economic journals. He is the co-author of various books, including “Business in Spanien” (GD Verlag, 2006).
