Emanuel TeodoruEmanuel Teodoru is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and several other professional and non-profit organizations. He is also an authorised Patent and Trademark attorney and a European Union Trademark Attorney.
With more than 10 years experience, he specializes in complex corporate, real estate and contract matters, advising leading Romanian and international companies. In 2007 he was involved in deals exceeding 150 million Euros by representing property sellers and buyers, as well as investors in M&A deals. He also advises a number of board members in matters related to business and law-related strategies.
He is the main partner of Teodoru & Associates, Mariscal & Asociados’s correspondent office in Bucharest.
