Antoni AbadHe graduated with a law degree from the Gerona University (2000), and with a PhD (2002) and a Master (2005) from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
Mr. Abad is a specialist in Litigation, Private International Law and Criminal Law. He also has expertise in civil and white collar crimes litigation, recognition and enforcement of foreign resolutions and Insolvency Law.
He worked as a professor of the digital certificate and electronic signature course for the Barcelona and Sabadell Bars. He was a professor at the College of Architects of Catalonia and of the Project Management Masters at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
Mr. Abad is a member of the University of Barcelona’s investigation group: department of mathematics/finance, Faculty of economic/business sciences and Faculty of Philosophy.
